· My name is Jesse Holland and I was born in the United States in 1969.
· While growing up, I fostered diversity in my knowledge. My mother
encouraged critical thinking, listening and discussion.
· I bolstered my knowledge with an assortment of extra “school” books including the Bible, novels, geometry,
calculus, grammar studies, language enhancements and electronics.
· I excelled in High School, graduating a year early and began college.
· I began employment with Barrick Goldstrike Mines, Inc. in June of 1989 and have called this my workplace
ever since. I currently work in the Metallurgical department for the Roaster project.
· I am not running for Senate for money, power, prestige or the “joy”
of being abused by the political gauntlet.
· It is my desire to justly represent the State of Nevada that pushes me outside my safety net to answer the echoing
call.
· I support private property rights and stand firm in the belief that protecting those
rights for every citizen is the best way to secure the future for our state that money can’t buy.
· I believe in God, and I am not Him. I understand the implication
of being classified as overly religious, but must uphold the simple truths of God.
· If you believe in allowing money to buy votes, I am not your candidate.
· If you believe that everything will pan out without speaking up as an individual
for the interests of Nevada or the United States of America, then I am not your candidate.
· If you believe that you and I can stand together, speak with a unified voice and
serve the best interest for our state and country, then I am your candidate.
